Preparing your for the unexpected.

Drivers who passed their car test after January 1997 will need to take an additional test to be able to tow large trailers of generally more than 750Kg MAM. Belt Up offer training in this category to help candidates reach the standard to pass the B + E Car and Trailer test.

We also offer refresher sessions for drivers who already hold towing entitlements, but wish to brush up on their towing skills to pull trailers with more confidence.

  • Know Before You Go

    Towing without entitlement on your licence can carry fines and penalty points.

  • Money Money!

    Current fines for uninsured drivers are £5000 (max) AND 6 penalty points.

  • The Test..

    The B+E test lasts for approx. 1.5 hours and covers various road and traffic conditions, a reverse exercise and an uncouple procedure.

  • Standards..

    The B+E Test is marked to a very high standard, so be sure to get the professional tuition you deserve from our Belt Up instructors.
